A Unified Body

Beloved, I would like to talk with you today. I am going to share a blog with you all that I just read and some thoughts on the subject.

I’d like to give you some volcabulary words. Bolth are linked to each other.

1. Spiteful: showing or caused by malice.

2. Malice: The intention or desire to do evil ill will; wrong intention, especially as, increasing the guilt of certain offenses.

Folks, these deffinitions remind me of the mask debate and other things related to the COVID-19 pandemic. I will not name names. I will just indict the worldly attitudes that our brothers and sisters in Christ exhibit.

I have read certain blogs that speak ill of people who wear masks and heard conversations where people that do wear them call “stupid” those that don’t. Folks, I want to tell a parable.

I understand that our Lord will not come back until His second coming, but bear with me. We always ask, “What would Jesus do?” Isn’t that right? So, I want to bring this home.

Let’s say Jesus came back for a year during the COVID-19 crisis. Question: How do you think He’d act? Would He say, “You are not truly acting compassionate,” to people that were against His views rather they be wearing masks or not? How about, “You’re stupid,” or “You are not truly mature,” or, “There are a lot of baby Christians among My body,” or, “You are not judging right.” How would He act? Selah! This parable and the rest of its content will be left to the Spirit for envisioning. Imagine with the Spirit, my friend and examine your heart.

I am not trying to talk down to or attack anyone that has received revelation. However, from first-hand experience and the Word of God, I understand that we all preach according to our faith, or even prophesy according to our faith. So, rather you like it or not, you are still mixing the prophetic with your oppinions.

This is not just pertaining to the COVID-19 crisis. This is for future crises and future tests and trials as a whole body. Now, for the Scripture that I was reminded of when reading the blog. It’s found in John 13:35.

For when you demonstrate the same love I have for you by loving one another, everyone will know that you’re my true followers.” (TPT).

Now let’s prayerfully dive into the blog:

My name is Patelin Cogswell. I was born on September 24, 1998. I was born in Oklahoma City. I went to Oklahoma School for the Blind and graduated in 2017. I am called as a Minister of the Gospel and an Intercessor. However, this is not about me. My life is dedicated to making Christ alone. This blog was called kingdomadvance.family.blog because I didn’t want my name on the blog like others do because I feel like it is not me living but Christ living through me.
