Again during a season of unveiling His word to me, the Lord spoke to me today and as I’m writing He’s saying, “In this hour,” says the Lord, “I will settle the debate on the gifts of My Spirit. Because you chose to fight against My Spirit, therefore will fight against you, as I did in the days of Israel,” reinforcing the word He released with more clarity in this sermon, which is part 1 on the theme He was speaking to me about on Judgment Against Disunity. Cessationism as is implied in this prophetic word and in the video linked above, is the belief that all gifts of the Holy Spirit ceased with the apostles. Not only that, they believe that the office of the apostle and prophet were done away with when the cannon of Scripture was gathered, citing 1 Corinthians 13:8 (ic my memmory serves me right). There is a word in the video at the end for those that follow this doctrine because you think it is the right thing but are teachable, willing to be corrected by the mirror of the Word of God, “a more sure word of prophecy” (1 Peter 1).
The Lord is saying, “Your response to the viral video of the appology of My servant, Pastor Greg Kocke, to My servant, Benny Hinn, will dictate My response toward you in this hour,” says the Lord. God bless!
