Prayerful Thursday: Nease High School

Folks, today’s Prayerful Thursday has to do with a ruling that helps the transgender movement. I am not here to judge anyone that believes that you can change your sex. Rather, I humbly ask that you would pray and ask the Father His heart on the subject.

For those of you that are of like mind, believing that this is wrong, and for anyone who may ask the Father about His heart and find that this is wrong, this is for you. Today’s article is about a ruling from the 11th circuit court of appeals, which says that a school from Florida was wrong in asking Drew Adams, a biological male, to use the boy’s bathroom, although he registered that school year as a female. The defense in this case argue that his rights were violated based on his sex. I will be posting the article below, and I’ll be back for the prayer points in a minute.

Appeals Court Delivers Blow to Florida School District in Transgender Bathroom Case

Prayer Points:

1. Pray for the 11th circuit court appeals which is mentioned in the article located in Atlanta. This court, as recorded by the article, covers Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. We need to pray that the judges present now learn the truth as defined not by law in America, but by the Bible. Pray also, that if they are unwilling to accept this truth, they are replaced with judges that know and accept this truth as such.

2. Pray that God would release the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord over this court of appeal. Also, pray that anyone who has not known Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior does so qkly; for our days are numbered.

3. Pray for Florida’s schools. Pray that those that believe that transgenderism is acceptable would have their eyes open to the truth and that they would accept this truth, not willing to be willfully blind.

4. Pray for the schools that take bold stances against this idea. Pray that God would vindicate the school mentioned in this article–St. John’s county school Nease High School, would be vindicated by the Lord. May God arise Himself and through His people and His enemies be scattered (Psalms 68:1).

5. Pray for the release of the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord at the Supreme Court. Pray that in all their decisions, they hear and obey the Holy Spirit’s voice, and disregard Satan’s.

6. Pray that if this case gets heard, last month’s decision gets overturned; for then they will be repentive and understand that their decision was not based on the Bible. It was possibly based on the laws of this land, but not on the absolute truths of the Holy Scriptures.

7. Pray that the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord gets released on all 50 states; for this nation belongs to the Lord. The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof (Psalms 24:1). The Lord said, “Ask of me and I will give you the nations for your inheritance.” (Psalms 2:8).
