Prayer Campaign for Bill Nye

I want today to give you some background and a clarion call concerning a burden from the Lord:

On May 31, 2019, I was reading a book (at least this is the day that I wrote a mobilization post on Facebook which I reposted here on my blog for those that don’t have Facebook) called The Paradigm by Jonathan Cahn. I can’t remember the exact thing that he was talking about, but I remember it was something along the lines of the “spirit of Baal. It made me think to look up Bill Nye and I found Can We Stop Telling Women How to Treat Their Bodies? from Big Think, put out in 2015. At first, this infuriated me. I vented to the Lord about it, and the Spirit calmed me down and said, “Wait a minute, Patelin! Let’s stop for a minute and think about the bigger picture here.” essentially, that is what I was feeling from Him.

My anger turned into compassion. Now, you see the result.

The Clarion Call and Mobilization

I have been forgetting off and on to pray for him (I don’t make prayer lists because I did before and I felt it wasn’t from the heart, but I have a prayer app that I am thinking about using with the Lord’s help to in some way not pray in a ritualistic or religious way so that it is truly from the heart). However, On August 19, I had dreamt about him all night after seeing a part of a video where he was touring the ark musem when it was first opened to the public, which you can find here:

So with that, I want to tell you some things before I share a video I made last night:

  1. Life is but a vapor (Psalms 90:12; James 4:14). He is 65 years old at present.
  2. I know that God has a bigger and better plan for him than what the enemy is doing through him right now, but he is deceived (1 Corinthians 4:4), and he has been presented with the gospel. Please repent on his behalf with me.

Now, here is the video:

Thank you so much for reading this blog and praying with me. I greatly appreciate it and I believe that as we sow in tears, we will reap in joy (Psalms 30:5; John 16:20; Luke 6:21; Psalms 126:5). God bless!

By Patelin Cogswell

My name is Patelin Cogswell. I was born on September 24, 1998. I was born in Oklahoma City. I went to Oklahoma School for the Blind and graduated in 2017. I am called as a Minister of the Gospel and an Intercessor. However, this is not about me. My life is dedicated to making Christ alone. This blog was called because I didn’t want my name on the blog like others do because I feel like it is not me living but Christ living through me.
