Prayerful Thursday: Joe Biden And Kamala Harris

A while back, I published a Prayerful Thursday for Joe Biden and Kamalah Harris which I had made some changes to when it was just a draft which I deleted. You will see why if you remember what I’m referring to in a little bit. To read their biographies, click here.

Joe Biden

Abby Johnson discusses in this episode of Politely Rude that Biden is actually leading many people astray in saying, “I’m a Catholic.” She shows in her presentation how they on the one hand attack a true Catholic i.e. Amy Coneey Barret, then, they want to vote for someone who is “not a Catholic in good standing,” according to Cardinal Burke, and not only that, a Christian in good standing, according to the Didache, which I believe should be studied for instruction useful for our day, since, to our minds, the Bible seems to be vauge on so many issues we must talk about. I’m not saying that the Bible is not inerrant, because that would mean I am calling God a liar. However, we use books written by modern Christian authors to help with lessons such as spiritual warfare and to help with the interpretation of certain doctrines, don’t we?

I think that this is why people such as Mario Murillo wrote such articles as The Christians Who Are Going To Vote For Biden Anyway. I used to attack people for doing such, not realizing that I was being way too soft!!! The sin of Abortion is a huge deal–bigger than the COVID-19 pandemic. It has taken out a whole population of potential leaders. The “face-mask,” that we must wear and the “vaccine,” that won’t cure 95% but 100% of this “virus” is this:

1. Watching videos from such pro-life organizations as Live Action, and watch the movie Unplanned with those that don’t know the truth or to know the truth ourselvs;
2. Stop compromising our convictions and voting against our God-given beliefs;
3. And take a stand at all costs. Whatever the Spirit tells us to do in activism and other forms, we MUST do.

Back to the topic. This is mainly to pray for Biden and Harris, but it is also to help you in the future as to why people say what they say and show you that what is being said must be heeded.

The previous statements I wrote are for prayer point 1: We need to pray for Joe Biden’s salvation in totality. Rather he truly received a radical salvation experience or not, I will not be the judge, but we must pray that he becomes a Christian in good standing. I am not here to concede and say that Biden is President-elect and Kamala is vice-president elect, but I am writing a blog to only pray for him as a person, which then could in the future help him for the better as a politician. This may sound weird, but I’m sure that Saul (now Paul) being saved sounded weird to the first century Christians. Also, lest you get offended at my saying these things, read the blog Pray For Hillary Clinton. Think about what was being said there as well. Also, read my small message called Prayer For Enemies. Your enemy, according to Christ, is “not your next door neighbor but the one who blatantly speaks against what you believe.”

Kamala Harris

I now want to transition. Please stay in the attitude of prayer.

This article describes some facts which basically show that Kamala has been exposed to all kinds of religions, but the ones she grew up with were Hinduism and Christianity. Christianity is the one I want to focus on.

Like I mentioned above concerning Biden, she is not a Christian in good standing, and here is why! The Bible is very explicit about sacrificing your child in the fire. We could say that means aborting your child. Also, don’t forget The Didache, and if you aren’t willing to believe what the Church has for years believed and also what this paper records, you are letting the culture around you take precedence over the Word of God.

You can say all you want, “Christ was never political. The Church should stay out of politics. The Bible is not specific on abortion.” However, if you support abortion, rest assured: God cannot back you or your ministry. People say that we can say that a person is a believer if they believe the fundamentals like Christ dying on the cross for our sins etc., but God says, “If you say that you fellowship with Me, but you walk in darkness, there is no darkness in Me. You are fooling only yourselvs and are not walking in the truth.” ′Paraphrase of 1 John 1:5-6, TPT).

One can know the Word of God but not know the God of the book they’ve memmorized, His ways, statutes, decrees, etc by experience as is shown here. Some of you may disagree, but this is why I’m not just coming straight out of the gate and posting the prayer points. This is why I am coming down to your level and giving you a teaching. The scripture that came to mind, not in a judgmental way, but for us to understand the truth is this:

“Constantly be on your guard against phony prophets. They come disguised as lambs, appearing to be genuine, but on the inside they are like wild, ravenous wolves! You can spot them by their actions, for the fruit of their character will be obvious. You thon’t find sweet grapes hanging on a thorn boush, and you’ll never pick good fruit from a tumbleweed. So if the tre is good, it will produce good fruit, but if the tre is bad, it will only bear rotten fruit and it deserves to be cut down and burned. Look at the obvious fruit of their lives and ministries, and then you’ll know whether they are true or false.” (Matthew 17:15-19, TPT, emphasis added).

In other words, “Be on guard for false … (you feel in that blank). They are here to make you think they follow Me, but their hearts are far from Me. If you look in My Word and at what the Church has truly believed in the past . . . not what people fantasize that My Bride has believed in times past . . . and you compare their lives and public offices (if they have any), then you will see if they are truly of Me or false.”

Ourselves

I want us to take the time to search our own hearts this week. As you see, we are praying for both people’s faiths. We are praying for their salvation. However, and I don’t care if the person I’m referring to is a Republican, Democrat, or Independent. I’m challenging any who support these two as politicians to sit with the Spirit this week before going in and praying for them. You may pray contrary to the Lord’s will. I’ve seen instances in the Bible where God gives people what they ask for even if it isn’t His will, like when the Children of Israel lusted after quail and God’s anger burned against them in the wilderness. However, when He does this, like I just stated, He makes it known: “I by no means support this!” So, before you pray for Kamala and Joe, you need to search your heart and align wholly with the Lord’s heart. “Don’t think for a moment that you know it all, for true wisdom comes when you adore him with undivided devotion and avoid everything that’s wrong,” Solomon says in Proverbs 3:7. He goes on in verse 8 to say, “Then you will find the healing refreshment your body and spirit long for (TPT).

To my fellow Trump supporters, the verse aabv applies to us as much and as well as those I’ve previously spoken to. Here’s why: I saw comments in the above video of people calling Kamala things such as “The Antichrist.” We as Christians need to learn to follow our Lord’s commands as are recorded in the Word of God.

I have some questions for us to ponder:

1. How many times have you screamed at the TV because the Democrats were bashing Trump, yet in the same token demonized the demonizers?
2. Did Jesus in the wilderness (Matthew 4, Luke 4), ever use the devil’s tactics against him?
3. What has the Spirit commanded you to do and, most importantly, have you heeded His command?
4. How do you expect the bashing of our leaders to end, when a lot of the Christians wouldn’t even pray for Obama in the two terms he was in there and still bash leaders that they disagree with today?

An Editaor’s Note: A Dream I had Concerning Joe Biden

I forgot to write at the time I originally wrote this about a dream I had a little bit ago. I didn’t remember everything and unfortunately neglected to write the part down that I did remember so I am unsure of the date, but at the end of the dream (and this part was at the time I had the dream the only thing I woke up remembering), Joe Biden was saved and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
