I want to discuss with you today a prayer which we will pray in every podcast and video. It is a modified prayer but the original was written by Dr. Bob Larson. Writing this may not be necessary, but I want to give credit where credit is due. I write this because of honor. I modified it because Romans 10:9-10 says that if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and confess it with your mouth, you will be saved. I wanted people to confess this statement who have not yet come to faith in Christ. I also at the end of every curse breaking prayer wanted to include a prayer that invites the Spirit to fill those praying to overflowing. Here is Dr. Larson’s prayer:
Heavenly Father, as an act of my will, I submit to Your name and Lordship over my life. Forgive all of my sins, even as I forgive those who sinned against me. Satan, I bind you this day in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. By the authority I have in Jesus Christ, I rebuke and destroy the power of every ancestral curse directed against me. I break any and all Vows, oaths, blood covenants, rituals and ceremonies.
I renounce sorcery, witchcraft, false gods, false religion, and all curses of death, destruction, suicide, Murder, violence, Abandonment, rejection, perversion, infirmity and disease. I declare this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Here now is the modified version:
Father, I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that You raised Jesus from the dead. I now call You my Lord and Savior. Forgive all of my sins, even as I forgive those who have sinned against me. Satan, I bind you this day in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. By the authority I have in Jesus Christ, I rebuke and destroy the power of every ancestral curse directed against me. I break any and all Vows, oaths, blood covenants, rituals and ceremonies.
I renounce sorcery, witchcraft, false gods, false religion, and all curses of death, destruction, suicide, Murder, violence, Abandonment, rejection, perversion, infirmity, and disease. I declare this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. In so doing, I now ask that You would baptize me in the Holy Spirit and fire, sealing our intimate relationship forever and ever. Amen.

They said I don’t have to worry about copyright, but I do all of this to give credit where credit is due.
