I appologize for how late this is being released. I want to issue a disclaimer again: I am not a licensed therapist, so all information I provide is to be considered educational only.
This blog is a continuation of Yesterday’s blog in the sense that it’s the same assignment but different worksheet. I will be adding to my file from the previous worksheet. I forgot, but the previous one didn’t have any role-playing parts on it. Sorry.
Please read the previous blog which has the instructions. I can tell you that I just did the first one today and I had some time to sit down and think about each boundary they talked about and the different types of boundaries: healthy, porous and rigid boundaries and where mine need improvement. I then read each statement about the physical boundaries, material boundaries and time boundaries and thought about my boundaries. It really made me think. How about you? Now, here is the link which summarises the worksheet but also gives therapists a place to download it. Let’s see where this takes us, eh? God bless and please comment below your thoughts!
