I want to set some other things straight. People have a misconseption that 100 calories of candy and 100 calories of fruit or whatever else are both unhealthy. Is this the truth?
Coach released an article that shows that eatting junk food dumps the energy you need reaaaaaaallllllllly fast. Healthy foods, such as those high in fiber with the same calories, release the energy you need slowly. Junk foods cause you to feel hungry more often, but healthier foods cause you to feel fooler more often. The calorie doesn’t tell the whole story. God bless!
