I want to share with you an article I just read concerning how to alleviate through natural remedies menstural pains. I do not support the use of Contraceptives, and I don’t support the use of Rosemary, as it can potentially cause an abortion (if you are pregnant). However, the rest of the remedies (as far as I can see) are good. I’m a little uneasy about the acupuncture, but that’s just me. So, without further adue, here is the article! God bless!
